As we grow, we're looking for an organized, solutions-oriented HVAC Dispatcher who can help keep our technicians moving, our customers informed, and our daily operations running smoothly.

About the Role
The HVAC Dispatcher serves as a central communication and coordination hub for Astra Air & Repair's field operations. You'll manage incoming service requests, schedule and dispatch technicians, monitor daily workloads, communicate with customers and internal teams, and help ensure every service request moves efficiently from initial contact through completion.
This is a fast-paced role requiring strong judgment, organization, urgency,



and communication. The adecuado candidate understands how to balance customer needs with technician availability, skill set, geography, and operational priorities—and knows how to quickly adjust when the schedule changes.

What You'll Do
Receive incoming calls and service requests from new and existing customers for HVAC and other home service needs.
Schedule, coordinate, and dispatch technicians based on availability, skill set, urgency, geographic routing, and operational priorities.
Actively monitor daily dispatch boards, appointments, and technician schedules to keep work on track.
Coordinate emergency calls, reschedules, follow-up appointments, delays, and schedule changes.
Review work orders for accuracy, completeness, and proper prioritization before dispatch.
Optimize technician routes and balance workloads to improve productivity and response times.
