Requirements
Experience in costing and estimating within manufacturing environments, preferably in the packaging industry.
Experience working with ERP systems, ideally Advantzware or another ERP system used in manufacturing.
Knowledge of costing, estimating, and production processes.
Experience with ERP system implementation, migration, or administration.
Ability to manage and analyze information related to:
Raw materials.
Labor.
Machine costs.
Overhead costs.
Freight.
BOMs (Bill of Materials).
Production routings.
Experience analyzing presente costs vs. estimated costs and identifying cost variances.
Knowledge of production planning and scheduling.
Experience in process improvement and procedure standardization.
Ability to analyze profitability by customer, SKU, and project.
Experience developing reports, KPIs, and analyses to support decision-making.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
Ability to collaborate and coordinate with multiple departments, including Operations, Sales, Purchasing, Accounting, and Management.
Experience training users and promoting proper ERP system usage.
