Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and systems-minded Software Platform Engineer to help build and evolve our Internal Developer Platform (IDP). In this role, you will bridge the gap between application development and cloud infrastructure. Your core mission is to empower our product engineering teams to build, ship, and scale software safely and autonomously by delivering automated self-service infrastructure, robust CI/CD pipelines, and golden paths for software delivery.

Key Responsibilities1. Internal Developer Platform (IDP) & Automation

Design, build, and maintain self-service developer tools, APIs, and portals (e.g., Backstage) to abstract infrastructure complexity for product engineering teams.
Build "golden paths" (standardized frameworks, templates,



and service scaffolding) that enable engineering teams to create, test, and deploy services autonomously.
Reduce cognitive load for application developers by automating environment provisioning and deployment workflows.

2. Cloud Infrastructure & Orchestration

Design, provision, and maintain scalable, resilient, and secure cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
Manage, tune, and scale production-grade Kubernetes clusters and container orchestration ecosystems.
Drive infrastructure cost optimization (FinOps), performance tuning, and capacity planning.

3. CI/CD & Delivery Engineering

Build and maintain scalable, secure, and reliable CI/CD pipelines for microservice architectures.
