Where You’ll Make a Difference
- Manage, prepare, acquire, and interpret raw material and product samples for sensory and analytical evaluations
- Support sensory and quality assessments utilizing analytical techniques such as Gas Chromatography–Mass Spectrometry (GC-MS)
- Conduct sensory discriminative testing in accordance with established methodologies and procedures
- Interpret analytical and sensory results to support quality and product evaluation decisions
- Generate, maintain, and communicate reports related to sample analysis and sensory evaluations
- Participate in regression testing and acceptance testing activities to validate product consistency and quality
- Collaborate with Quality, Product Development, and Manufacturing teams to support product evaluation processes
- Maintain compliance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), food safety, and safety requirements
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to sensory evaluation, analytical testing, and laboratory processes
What Makes You the Right Fit
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Engineering, Food Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field
