Responsibilities

Support the preparation and issuance of Requests for Quotations (RFQs).
Follow up with suppliers regarding quotations, purchase orders, and deliveries.
Assist in supplier evaluations and commercial analysis.
Maintain procurement documentation and purchasing records.
Support sourcing, supplier management, and procurement initiatives.
Participate in process improvement and cost optimization projects.
Collaborate with Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, and other cross-functional teams.




Assist with reporting and procurement-related activities as needed.

Requirements

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, International Business, Logistics, or related fields.
Expected graduation date of at least one year from the internship start date.
Intermediate to Advanced English proficiency.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Interest in Procurement, Purchasing, Supply Chain, and Operations.
