HR Generalist (People Experience & Leadership Development) | Bilingual (B2+ English)

What You'll Do
- Partner with operational leaders to develop leadership capabilities and improve team performance.
- Drive initiatives focused on employee engagement, retention, organizational climate, and employee experience.
- Analyze key HR metrics such as absenteeism, turnover, eNPS, and employee satisfaction.
- Conduct coaching, mentoring, feedback, and conflict resolution sessions.
- Support change management initiatives and organizational development projects.
- Gather insights through employee listening programs, follow-ups, and exit interviews.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategies that enhance culture and business results.

✅ What We're Looking For




- Minimum 2 years of experience as an HR Generalist, HRBP, Employee Experience Specialist, Organizational Development Specialist, Talent Management Professional, or related roles.
- B2+ English level (required).
- Experience working closely with leaders and operational teams.
- Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting people-related data and metrics.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of Change Management methodologies is a plus.
