We are looking for an Executive Assistant who embodies this; someone who is deeply human and empathetic, but operates with relentless precision and accountability.
The Role
This is not a standard "virtual assistant" role where you wait to be handed tasks. You are the ultimate gatekeeper, integrator, and partner. Your primary directive is simple: take care of Carlos and Carolina’s personal and professional lives so they can maximize their leadership time and drive revenue.
You will work closely with our Chief of Staff to ensure that absolutely no balls are dropped.



Everyone depends on leadership to guide them to the north star, and leadership depends on you to keep their path clear.
What You Will Own (Key Responsibilities)
Flawless Calendar & Time Management: Ruthlessly guard Carlos and Carolina’s time. You will manage complex, ever-changing schedules across multiple businesses (Sandler, Vistage) and personal lives.
Inbox & Communication Triage: Act as the first line of defense. You won't just forward emails; you will gather context, connect the dots, and draft responses. We move fast, and delayed responses due to "missing context" are not an option.
Logistics & Travel: Seamlessly book and manage flights, accommodations, and itineraries for business trips, client bootcamps, Traction meetings, and personal travel.
Professional & Personal Integration: Blur the lines between life admin and business admin. If it distracts Carlos or Carolina from revenue-generating or visionary activities, you own it.
