As the group grows, we need accurate books, reliable reconciliations, and clear financial reporting across our brands and legal entities.
We are looking for a hands-on Ecommerce Bookkeeper who takes ownership, brings order to financial records, and can turn QuickBooks data into accurate and useful monthly reports.

Role
The Ecommerce Bookkeeper is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, reconciling accounts and transactions, organizing supporting documentation, and producing recurring financial reports through QuickBooks Online.
This person will work directly with the CEO to ensure that financial information is complete, current, and reliable.
This is a hands-on bookkeeping and reporting position. It is not a Head of Finance, FP&A;, or strategic finance role.





Ecommerce Bookkeeper Responsibilities
❖ Bookkeeping & Transaction Management
➢ Record and categorize revenue, expenses, supplier bills, refunds, fees, transfers, and other financial transactions in QuickBooks Online.
➢ Ensure transactions are assigned to the correct company, brand, account, and category.
➢ Match transactions with invoices, receipts, statements, and supporting documentation.
➢ Review the general ledger and identify duplicated, missing, unusual, or incorrectly categorized transactions.
➢ Maintain a clear and consistent chart of accounts across the group’s companies.

❖ Account Reconciliations
➢ Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, ecommerce platforms, and payment processors.
➢ Match deposits and payouts with sales, refunds, processing fees, chargebacks, and reserves.
➢ Investigate and resolve reconciliation differences.
➢ Reconcile intercompany transactions and balances whe
