We're looking for the first hire in the Finance Operations department for the US market. The person joining will help us adapting our playbook to the market.
Role & Responsibilities
On a Day To Day Basis You Will
Provide clear and concise answers within set SLAsEnsure quote reconciliation: make sure events have the correct final amounts from each supplierEnsure past events are correctly invoiced to the clientFollow-up on outstanding items and manage potential disputesAdapt our processes to the USA & LATAM market.
Your profile
Mandatory Requirements
You have 1 to 3 years of experience in a Billing / Invoicing role at a tech scale-up.You are fluent in English and Spanish. French is a plusYou are comfortable working with CRM tools (HubSpot or similar)You enjoy client interaction and working as part of a teamYou like numbers, you are very well organized and you pay attention to detailYou can demonstrate how you have used AI or automation to improve operations
