Must-Haves
10+ years of network engineering experience.
Strong OT / industrial / manufacturing networking experience.
Enterprise LAN/WAN networking experience.
Network segmentation and secure network design.
IDMZ architecture and OT cybersecurity concepts.
Routing, switching, VLANs, firewalls, and network redundancy.
Network monitoring and troubleshooting, including high-availability environments.
Experience supporting plant-floor, automation, and edge-connected systems.
Experience with deployments, maintenance windows, cutovers, and operational support.
Ability to work with both IT and plant engineering teams.
Strong communication, ownership,
and troubleshooting skills.
Nice-to-Haves
Manufacturing, industrial, or plant-floor environment experience.
Automation, controls, or industrial systems networking.
Large-scale OT network deployments or plant modernization.
CCNA, CCNP, CISSP, or similar networking/security certification.
Experience developing OT network standards, deployment procedures, or architecture guidance.
Experience working with production engineering, maintenance, and operations teams.
Additional Responsibilities
Participate in OP monthly team meetings and participate in team-building efforts.
Contribute to OP technical discussions, peer reviews, etc.
Contribute content and collaborate via the OP-Wiki/Knowledge Base.
Provide status reports to OP Account Management as requested.
