Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chihuahua, CHH for a Supervisor of Safety, Occupational Health, and Environment.



The supervisor will oversee implementation of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies at construction and industrial sites, ensuring compliance with internal standards and applicable regulations. Daily activities include conducting inspections, risk assessments, and audits; coordinating accident and incident investigations; and promoting preventive measures to reduce workplace hazards. The role involves training personnel on safety procedures, use of personal protective equipment, and emergency response, as well as maintaining accurate documentation and reports. The supervisor will collaborate with project managers and site leaders to integrate HSE requirements into planning and operations, supporting a strong safety culture across all divisions.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Health & Safety and Occupational Health, with the ability to apply best practices in construction and industrial environments.
