We are looking for a commercially driven Senior Key Account Manager to join our Marketplace team. This role will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of strategic brands, driving sales performance, strengthening partner relationships, and identifying opportunities to maximize business growth. The adecuado candidate has strong account management and commercial skills, understands e-commerce and marketplace dynamics, and is comfortable working with data to develop and execute growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and develop a portfolio of strategic local and global brands within the marketplace.
Build strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and brand partners.
Develop and execute account growth strategies aligned with business objectives.
Analyze sales, traffic, conversion, assortment, and other key performance metrics to identify growth opportunities.
Drive sales growth through pricing, promotions, assortment optimization, and commercial initiatives.
Conduct regular business reviews with key accounts,



presenting performance insights and actionable recommendations.
Identify opportunities to increase brand visibility, product assortment, sales, and overall marketplace performance.
Negotiate commercial terms, campaigns, promotions, and business initiatives with existing partners.
Monitor account performance and proactively address risks, challenges, and areas of improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute campaigns, product launches, promotions, and other business initiatives.
Monitor market and competitor trends to identify opportunities for account growth.
Prepare account plans, forecasts, performance reports, and business reviews.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, E-commerce, International Business, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in Key Account Management, Account Management, Business Development, E-commerce, Marketplace Operations, or a related commercial role.
