As a Senior Associate in the Acceleration Center - Commercial & Service Excellence (CSX) - Contact Center Operations, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing customer experiences by analyzing client needs and developing customer-centric solutions. Within our Advisory practice, you will focus on creating seamless and personalized experiences that drive customer satisfaction and loyalty. Your work will involve designing customer journey maps and offering guidance to help clients enhance their customer interactions and drive business growth.





As a Senior Associate, you will leverage your growing knowledge of business operations to identify opportunities that contribute to the success of our firm. You will be responsible for motivating and developing team members, managing performance, and delivering on client expectations.
