Job Description: LAT Customer Collaboration Manager
Location: Mexico City, Mexico (Hybrid – Office Based)
Position Summary
The Customer Collaboration Manager is responsible for leading Customer Collaboration across LATAM, ensuring outstanding customer operational performance while strengthening the partnership between Commercial, Customer Supply Chain and key strategic customers.
This role leads the Customer Collaboration team, driving execution excellence, customer satisfaction, operational governance and continuous improvement across the region.
As LATAM continues its transformation through Kinaxis, AI and automation, this position will play a key role in integrating digital capabilities into daily operations while developing a scalable and customer-centric operating model.
This position must be based in Mexico City, enabling close collaboration with the Commercial organization, key customers and the LATAM leadership team.




Key Responsibilities
Customer Collaboration
Lead the Customer Collaboration organization across LATAM.
Develop strong partnerships with strategic customers.
Ensure excellent customer operational performance.
Drive customer satisfaction and service excellence.
Lead customer operational escalations.
Customer Performance
Own customer operational KPIs, including OTIF, Fill Rate, SLA, Revenue Execution, Backlog Health and Inventory Visibility.
Lead operational performance reviews with Commercial and strategic customers.
Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and operational performance.
Commercial Partnership
Act as the primary Customer Supply Chain business partner for Commercial.
Support Customer Business Reviews, Joint Business Planning and Forecast Collaboration.
Partner with Sales to improve revenue execution and customer growth.
