The role spans identity and access management, endpoint administration, SaaS applications, collaboration tools, and automation.
You’ll work closely with Security, HR Technology, Helpdesk, PMO, and other stakeholders to solve operational challenges.
Your work will directly improve employee productivity, security, and the reliability of core IT services.

This is a hybrid role, with candidates expected to be based in Guadalajara and able to work onsite when needed.

Accountabilities




Support the administration and ongoing improvement of identity and access management systems, including SSO, MFA, provisioning, and deprovisioning workflows.
Administer core productivity and collaboration platforms such as Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and related SaaS applications, including user management, configuration, and integrations.
Manage and support macOS and Windows endpoints using MDM solutions such as Jamf, Intune, or equivalent tools, covering device enrollment, configuration, patching, and compliance.
Manage the full lifecycle of SaaS applications, from onboarding and configuration through ongoing administration and decommissioning, in partnership with business stakeholders.
Contribute to automation initiatives that reduce manual effort across provisioning, access reviews, license management, and other IT processes.
Act as a technical escalation point for complex issues raised by the Helpdesk, particularly those involving access, devices, and bus
