The General Operations Support position provides comprehensive support in administrative, logistical and operational activities to ensure the efficient execution of processes, operational continuity and the fulfillment of business objectives. This position collaborates with multiple areas of the organization and contributes to compliance with quality, safety, and operational performance standards.
As General Operations Support, you will be responsible for:
Support the day-to-day coordination of field, offshore,



onshore, and base operations.
Control and update operational documentation, including daily reports, service tickets and HSE records.
Support in the planning and coordination of critical resources to ensure operational continuity.
Support compliance with Safety, Health and Environment (HSE) standards.
Participate in internal and external audits, as well as contractual compliance activities.
Act as a liaison between the areas of Operations, Logistics, Maintenance, HSE and customers.
Support in the preparation of technical and administrative documentation for tenders and commercial processes.
Coordinate with internal areas such as Operations, HSE, Finance and Commercial to collect and consolidate required information.
Support in preliminary cost analysis and resource planning.
Validate personnel documentation and resumes, complete DT4 requirements, verify equipment documentation, and coor
