Job Summary
The Senior Manufacturing Engineer oversees and project manages manufacturing engineering initiatives of moderate to high complexity. This role serves as a technical lead for internal and external engineering teams and is responsible for managing projects from initiation through implementation, including resource planning, technical execution, validation, and final project completion.
The Senior Manufacturing Engineer supports manufacturing operations by identifying opportunities for process improvement,



resolving complex technical issues, implementing equipment or process changes, and ensuring solutions meet quality, safety, regulatory, and business requirements.
Responsibilities
Manages the coordination and overall integration of technical activities within engineering projects.
Leads manufacturing engineering projects from concept, planning, and design through implementation and completion.
Designs and implements mechanical and manufacturing process improvements.
Evaluates manufacturing processes and identifies opportunities to improve quality, efficiency, productivity, and cost.
Selects appropriate materials, components, equipment, and technologies for applicable design or process changes.
Directs, reviews, and approves proposed engineering and process design changes.
Documents engineering changes, process improvements, technical assessments, and project results.
