Hirably is a fast-growing company in the SaaS and embedded payments space, serving the buy-here-pay-here (BHPH) auto industry.
25,000 MXN net per month, plus uncapped monthly variable tied to the MRR generated from deals you assist in closing.
Fully remote.

You'll be Hirably's next Sales Development Representative, focused on our largest dealer prospects: You'll report directly to our VP of Revenue, who owns Sales and Marketing and runs weekly 1:1s with this role. These are family-owned businesses with lean teams, big loan books, and a different relationship with cash flow and collections than a typical SMB. You'll partner directly with our senior account executives, generate qualified demos, hand off opportunities cleanly, and shorten the time from cold outreach to closed-won revenue. You're joining a growing sales team, inheriting a sales engine that already converts well and a CRM operation we're actively tightening in real time. You'll be one of the people putting that discipline into the daily motion,



booking qualified meetings, and helping AEs close.

This is an earlier-stage role for us, with real room to grow. The opportunity to move into a closing seat or hybrid role that blends prospecting with running smaller deals is real, and we'll invest in developing people who earn it.

Run a high volume of outbound cadences across phone, email, and LinkedIn against a defined portfolio of BHPH dealers running 500+ active loans.
● Qualify against our ICP before booking demos. Book qualified demos with confirmed dates and pre-demo discovery logged in HubSpot. If it isn't in HubSpot, we have no way to know it happened.
● You can point to real evidence of cold outreach and resilience, whether that's directly carrying an outbound sales quota or something like canvassing, fundraising, telemarketing, or door-to-door sales.
