About the role
Lead the Manufacturing Engineering and sustaining activities for the Coil Shop, ensuring safe, stable, and efficient operations. This role is responsible for developing and leading a team of manufacturing engineers and technicians, improving OEE, reducing downtime, and achieving safety, quality, delivery, productivity,



and cost targets.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead, coordinate, and develop the Manufacturing Engineering and Technician team.
• Maintain a strong shop floor presence, establish priorities, and ensure timely response to operational issues.
• Lead sustaining activities for Fin Press, Hairpin Bender, Expander, Brazing, and Leak Testing processes.
• Improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) by addressing key losses in availability, performance, and quality.
• Analyze and reduce downtime, minor stops, speed losses, and recurring equipment failures through Pareto analysis and corrective action plans.
• Coordinate with Production and Maintenance teams to improve equipment recovery and enhance MTBF, MTTR, equipment availability, and PM compliance.
• Lead root cause analysis activities and ensure permanent corrective actions are implemented and verified for effectiveness.
