Job Summary

Reporting to the IT Project Manager the Business Systems Analyst’s role involves:

Research complex business problems and propose automated solutions, incorporating user experience design to improve operations and process efficiency
Provide technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems — including designing UI mockups, prototypes, and user flows to visualize solutions before implementation
Research, design,



and test new systems and enhancements, leveraging graphic design and visual communication to create stakeholder-ready deliverables
Create infographics, dashboards, and visual documentation to communicate system changes and project status
Communicate with users to troubleshoot and resolve system issues, using visual guides and user-centric design to ensure smooth adoption
Execute Integral IT projects with integrated design and communication deliverables
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Intermediate English proficiency.
Strong experience developing dynamic dashboards using Tableau (preferred) and/or Power BI.
Experience with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and SQL query development.
Knowledge of SQL Server, Oracle, and/or Flex Flow databases.
Experience with SharePoint content management and d
