Role Definition:
Assists with technical analysis of manufacturing processes in all aspects of production, costs, quality, compliance to safety guidelines, and environmental requirements for manufacturing.
Supports the identification and implementation of process improvements focused on productivity, quality, safety, and cost reduction within manufacturing operations.
Collaborates with cross-functional teams to analyze production issues, define corrective actions, and ensure process standards are followed consistently.




Leading or supporting capital projects with business impact, ensuring alignment with safety, quality, cost, delivery, and productivity objectives.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Participating in identifying and implementing enhancements and modifications to equipment and processes.
Monitoring equipment and process reliability; identifying and addressing problem areas.
Providing coaching and development for operations technical staff and support areas.
Providing engineering support on planning, development, operation, and maintenance of equipment, processes, or facilities.
Supporting root cause analysis and corrective actions for production, quality, safety, or process issues.
Skill Descriptors:
