About the role
The Senior Creative Effectiveness Strategist develops and delivers creative strategy that shapes how Zillow's brand comes to life across all channels; supporting marketing, product, and internal partner objectives. This role leads complex creative projects from brief through delivery, with a specific focus on our B2B real estate partners. You will be responsible for translating business goals into audience-centered creative strategies that uphold our brand and creative standards,



and ensuring creative development adheres to the strategy you set forth.

Lead end-to-end creative strategy for omni-channel campaigns, from brief development through delivery and performance analysis.
Translate complex or ambiguous business requirements into clear creative concepts, storyboards, and design approaches.
Write and own the creative strategy document that translates business and marketing goals into clear creative direction for the production team
Manage multiple concurrent creative projects, defining scopes, timelines, and priorities to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Communications, and platform/advertising partners to refine creative solutions based on data, insights, and testing.
Establish and refine creative standards, templates, and processes that improve consistency and quality across the workflow, using AI where possible to drive e
