Responsibilities
The Opportunity
This role serves as the business owner and strategic leader of the Walmart Collaborative Ordering capability, with end-to-end accountability for defining the long-term vision, operating model, roadmap, governance,



deployment and value realization of one of PepsiCo's most strategic customer collaboration capabilities.
The role is responsible for transforming the replenishment process between PepsiCo and Walmart by integrating collaborative planning, predictive analytics, AI-driven ordering capabilities and digital decision support into a scalable commercial operating model.
Beyond delivering technology, the position defines how Commercial, CPFR, Supply Chain, Data & Analytics and Digital functions collaborate to improve product availability, optimize inventory, increase sales and strengthen strategic customer partnerships.
The position owns capability prioritization, investment recommendations, business cases, customer alignment, operating model evolution and long-term value realization, ensuring the capability becomes a core pillar of PepsiCo's commercial transformation agenda.
