Responsibilities
The Opportunity
Reporting to the Quaker FP&A; Manager, this role plays a key part in leading cost planning, reporting, and forecasting processes, including PFC Close, Forecast cycles, and AOP development for SG&A; and OPEX. The position offers broad P&L; exposure and regular interaction with cross-functional teams, supporting performance management through clear insights and analytics delivered to senior leadership.
The role owns end-to-end SG&A; and OPEX governance, ensuring accuracy of Mosaic loads, integrity of cost data, and consistency across close, forecast, and planning cycles, while driving transparency on cost drivers, productivity initiatives, and investment tradeoffs.
