This role offers the opportunity to build production-grade automation solutions at the intersection of Python engineering, AI, and agentic automation. You will design and deploy intelligent workflows that solve real business problems across enterprise environments. The position combines hands-on software development with solution design, testing, deployment, and operational support. You’ll work with LLM-based agents, orchestration frameworks, APIs, databases, and cloud infrastructure to turn business processes into scalable automations. While GCP experience is valuable, strong Python engineering and agentic solution design are the primary focus. You’ll also contribute technical guidance, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and communicate solutions directly with stakeholders. Accountabilities
Design, develop, test, and deploy Python-based automations and agentic workflows for simple-to-medium complexity business processes, taking solutions from requirements through production.
Build and integrate LLM-based agents and orchestration or tooling frameworks, selecting an appropriate level of agentic capability for each business task.
Deploy and operate automation solutions on Google Cloud Platform, integrating applications with APIs, databases, and enterprise systems as required.
Develop automated unit and integration tests and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines to support reliable, repeatable deployments.
Diagnose technical defects, troubleshoot production issues, optimize performance, and stabilize automations before transitioning them to support teams.
