Business Unit: Energy Conversion Solutions
Responsible for leading daily production activities related to the assembly and integration of electromechanical products while providing technical guidance and support to production technicians. This position ensures adherence to safety, quality, delivery, and productivity objectives by coordinating work assignments, resolving assembly issues, training personnel, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing operation.
Provide technical support and guidance to Production Technicians during assembly and integration processes.
Perform electromechanical assembly of products, subassemblies, and systems according to engineering drawings and work instructions.
Monitor production flow and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and throughput.
Train and certify new technicians on assembly processes and workmanship standards.
Verify compliance with assembly instructions, specifications, and quality requirements.
Read and interpret assembly drawings, wiring diagrams, schematics, and BOMs.




Support implementation of engineering changes, process improvements, and new product introductions.
Mentor team members through coaching and hands-on training.
Monitor performance and provide constructive feedback to supervisors.
Advanced ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, assembly instructions, and electrical schematics.
Strong knowledge of electromechanical assembly processes.
Experience with cable routing, crimping, wire termination, and harness installation.
Knowledge of workmanship standards and quality requirements.
Technical degree in Electromechanics, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related field.
~ Minimum 4 years of experience in electromechanical assembly or manufacturing operations.
~1–2 years of leadership, training, or technical lead experience preferred.
~ Experience assembling industrial power systems, electrical cabinets, or similar equipment.
