Lead the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Environmental, Health, and Safety programs across the organization.
Develop, implement, and maintain occupational health and safety programs that support a safe and productive work environment.
Lead incident, accident, and near-miss investigations using structured root cause analysis methodologies and drive corrective and preventive actions.
Facilitate risk assessments, Job Safety Analyses (JSA), and critical task evaluations to identify and mitigate workplace risks.
Monitor compliance with applicable environmental, health, safety, regulatory, and corporate requirements.
Manage key safety programs, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT), Confined Space Entry, Working at Heights, Contractor Safety, Machine Guarding, and Permit-to-Work systems.
Design and deliver EHS training and awareness programs for employees, supervisors, and contractors.
Partner with cross-functional teams to drive EHS performance, achieve departmental goals, and support sustainable business success.

Demonstrated experience leading Environmental, Health, and Safety programs within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Working knowledge of occupational safety and health regulations, risk assessment methodologies, incident investigation techniques, and root cause analysis
Knowledge of ergonomics, Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), emergency preparedness and response, and contractor safety management.
Ability to lead projects, manage priorities, and collaborate effectively across functions
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including advanced English proficiency.
A bachelor's degree in engineering, occupational safety, environmental sciences, or a related discipline, or equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant experience.
Experience with ISO 45001 Oc
