JOB DESCRIPTION
- Collaborating with management, departments and customers to identify end-user requirements and specifications.
- Developing customization for FIS payment products.
- Designing algorithms to create new software programs and systems.
- Producing efficient and performative code based on requirements.
- Testing and deploying programs and applications.
- Troubleshooting, debugging, maintaining and improving existing software.
- Compiling and assessing user feedback to improve software performance.
- Observing user feedback to recommend improvements to existing software products.
- Developing technical documentation to guide future software development projects.

SKILLS
Must have:




- Deep knowledge in electronic payments applications (cards) and transactional supporting systems
- Great knowledge in card processing services back-office
- High knowledge and experience on ISO 8583 standards
- High proficiency and experience in C++ programming language
- Proficiency in Oracle Database and Linux
- Language: Spanish (advanced/fluent) and English (advanced reading, writing and listening)
- Proven analytical abilities

Nice to have:
- Deep knowledge in one of the following FIS applications: IST Switch, Clearing, MAS, CBK, Data Navigator.
