The Work You'll Do:
The Senior GTM Planning & Analytics Analyst will provide the analytical capacity, planning discipline, and decision support required to scale Sovos' go-to-market strategy and planning function. This role will maintain and enhance the models supporting annual operating planning, bookings projections, capacity, productivity, territories, quotas, coverage, and organizational design while partnering with key cross functional partners turning complex data into clear recommendations for leadership.
Working closely with Sales leadership, Finance, HR, Compensation, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, Sales Operations, and other partners, the analyst will help ensure that plans are fact-based, internally consistent, documented, and executable.
