About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven Media Buyer / Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team and drive paid acquisition initiatives for the US market. The adecuado candidate will have a strong understanding of digital advertising platforms, data-driven campaign optimization, and customer acquisition strategies to deliver scalable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, Microsoft Bing, TikTok, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and other relevant advertising platforms to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth for the US market.
- Manage end-to-end media buying activities, including campaign setup, audience targeting, budget allocation, bid management, A/B testing, performance monitoring, and scaling profitable campaigns.
- Analyze campaign performance using data and insights to improve key metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CAC, Conversion Rate (CVR), CTR, Customer Lifetime Value (CLTV), and overall profitability.
- Continuously test and optimize creatives, audience segments, bidding strategies, placements,



and landing pages to maximize campaign efficiency and return on investment.
- Partner with Creative, Brand, Content, Design, and Product teams, as well as external agencies, to develop high-converting ad creatives and marketing assets tailored for the US consumer.
- Identify new advertising opportunities, emerging platforms, audience segments, and scaling strategies while maintaining target profitability and growth objectives.
- Conduct competitor analysis and research US market trends, consumer behaviour, and platform best practices to refine media buying strategies.
- Prepare regular campaign performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations for stakeholders.
- Stay updated with the latest platform updates, AI-powered advertising tools, attribution models, and industry best practices to drive continuous performance improvements.
