Position OverviewWe are seeking a Business Expansion Specialist to support the global growth of our Metal Stamping & Metal Packaging Divisions.
This is a technical-commercial role focused on identifying new business opportunities, developing customers and distributors, supporting technical-commercial projects, and expanding Interlub's presence in international markets.
The position offers exposure to general customers, manufacturing plants, international travel, technical projects, and industry events.
Key Responsibilities




- Identify and develop new business opportunities in international markets.
- Expand Interlub's presence in metal stamping, metal packaging, and other industrial sectors.
- Develop relationships with OEMs, Tier suppliers, can manufacturers, distributors, and industrial customers.
- Provide technical-commercial support, including trials, validations, quotations, and follow-up.
- Manage commercial projects and support negotiations.
- Coordinate with Technical Service, R&D;, Operations, Supply Chain, and Production teams.
- Represent Interlub at customer visits, trade shows, technical seminars, and industry events.
- Travel nationally and internationally to support business development initiatives.
