What You'll Do
Lead, coach, and motivate a team to achieve operational excellence and exceed performance goals.
Monitor and drive KPIs, SLAs, productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction metrics.
Manage performance, attendance, and productivity while fostering a positive team culture.
Handle escalations and ensure exceptional service delivery.
Analyze operational data and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Serve as the primary operational point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
Deliver coaching, feedback,



and development plans to strengthen team performance.
What We're Looking For
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor in a BPO environment.
C1 English level required (spoken and written).
Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
Experience managing KPIs, SLAs, performance metrics, and reporting.
Advanced communication and problem-solving abilities.
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
