F&I; Manager-Automotive Industry
We are looking for an experienced F&I; Manager to lead the design, governance, and execution of incentive programs that drive sales performance and dealer network success.
This role will be responsible for managing incentive strategies, overseeing program performance, ensuring accurate and timely payments, and partnering with Commercial, Finance, and Dealer Development teams to optimize business results. The adecuado candidate combines strong financial acumen, commercial understanding, analytical thinking, and leadership capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage sales incentive programs aligned with commercial objectives and business strategy.
- Lead the administration and continuous improvement of the incentive management process and systems.
- Analyze incentive program effectiveness, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations to maximize sales performance and return on investment.
- Oversee monthly incentive accruals and payments, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with commercial agreements.




- Manage incentive budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting in close collaboration with Finance teams.
- Prepare and present executive-level reports, sales expense analyses and business insights to senior leadership.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, corporate policies, and audit requirements.
- Partner with Commercial, Finance, Dealer Development, and Sales Operations teams to ensure data integrity and operational excellence.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for dealer network inquiries and escalations related to incentive programs.
- Develop and enhance policies, procedures, and governance frameworks to strengthen efficiency and controls.
- Lead, coach, and develop team members to foster high performance and continuous improvement.
- Support regional and global strategic initiatives as required.
