The Role
As an Email Designer at Lilo Social, you will be the creative force behind high-converting email experiences for our portfolio of direct-to-consumer brands. You will transform strategic concepts into beautiful, mobile-optimized email designs that drive engagement, revenue,



and long-term customer loyalty. Working closely with retention strategists and copywriters, you will craft email templates that balance brand aesthetics with performance-driven design principles.
What Success Looks Like
- Consistently high email engagement rates (open rates, click rates) across your client portfolio through strong visual design
- Efficient production workflows that allow rapid iteration and testing of design variations
- Email designs that maintain brand consistency while optimizing for conversion and user experience
- Positive client feedback on design quality and strong collaboration with cross-functional team members
