Prepare financial reports and analysis for our corporate headquarters based in Mexico. Ensure the accuracy of all the information distributed to internal and external audiences and compliance with accounting principles and Company policies, produce quarterly unaudited and annual audited financial statements. This position works extensively with Technical Accounting, General Accounting & Financial Services Team, Operative Support Team and with corporate areas as Planning, Taxes, Treasury, Risk Management, HR and central controllership among others.
Manage the monthly and quarterly financial statement preparation and distribution to senior management in the U.S. and corporate offices in Mexico, including but not limited to, consolidated profit and loss statements, balance sheet, cash flow statements and quarterly guarantor financial statements.
Provide external and internal auditors with all necessary information for quarterly/annual audit reviews.
Ensure compliance of integral accounting policies in the consolidated financial statements.




Lead efforts to partner with cross functional teams to streamline and improve the monthly financial reporting cycle as well as annual audited processes and procedures.
Partner with Central Controllership & the Global Enterprise Services to ensure accurate accounting.
Undertake and manage special projects and other reporting needs as required
Participate in management/strategy/operations meetings and financial reviews, prepare presentations: review w/ Ops, Executive audiences/ Planning/ Other teams.
Able to understand current financial reports and test/execute changes under deadlines. Must work in collaboration with the rest of the record to report team to manage projects.
Must ensure financial reports comply with International Financial Reporting Standards (or other relevant gaap) and global policies.
Expert and deep knowledge in SAP ERP, Hyperion, Workiva, MS office and other Microsoft 360 tools.
