Own and manage the IT TSA and Post-Close Governance framework across assigned deals in Spain and Mexico, ensuring compliance with agreed terms and conditions
Develop project cost estimates and manage TSA exit budgets in collaboration with the IT Deal Lead
Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings, status reviews, and governance forums across Spanish and Mexican stakeholders
5-7 years of experience in IT program/project management,



with at least 2-3 years focused on M&A; Transition Service Agreement management post-close
~ Demonstrated experience managing TSA exits, including separation of comingled IT services across applications and infrastructure
~ Fluent in Spanish (written and spoken) — required to support deals in Spain and Mexico; English proficiency also required
~ Strong understanding of IT landscapes including ERPs, infrastructure, and cloud services in the context of carve-outs and divestitures
~ Experience with SharePoint and Microsoft Teams required
~ Strong stakeholder management — able to engage and influence at both operational and senior leadership levels
