Position Overview
Senior Project Manager (Level 10) leads large, complex projects or programs with significant cross-functional and regional impact, translating strategic priorities into integrated delivery plans that drive measurable business outcomes. This senior resource will act as a generalist to drive delivery from all project workstreams including Deployment, Process, Data, Product, Change, Business, and others.
This role is accountable for project success, benefits realization, governance discipline,



risk-based decision making, and stakeholder alignment. The Senior Project Manager owns major delivery decisions within approved tolerances, manages escalations and recovery plans, coaches project managers, and serves as a principal escalation point before steering committee review. This role will require working from one of our locations based on business needs for critical activities on the project lifecycle.
What You'll Do
Project Execution & Coordination
- Lead large, complex projects or programs with multiple workstreams, senior stakeholders, and regional or cross-functional impact
- Manage delivery approach, milestones, governance cadence, dependencies, and integrated plans to achieve strategic business objectives
- Drive delivery integration across workstreams, functions, and markets to ensure alignment, accountability, and execution discipline
