- Key Responsibilities:
Ensures optimal functioning of building systems including mechanical, electrical, fire/life safety and elevators through a staff of employees in the maintenance and process set up.



Performs preventative maintenance and repairs on equipment and systems. Evaluates and recommends equipment improvement to improve availability, capability and yield. Performs equipment failure analysis, including preventative and unscheduled maintenance. Troubleshoots and diagnoses difficult, infrequent problems with equipment. Prepare technical reports to document equipment modifications and equipment maintenance procedures.

To be successful in this role, you will likely have:
- Responsible for the implementation and monitoring of TPM, ensure inventory of critical spare parts, maintenance programs based on statistics and maintenance AMEF.1
- Responsible for complying with preventive and corrective maintenance programs. Inform the maintenance programmer and the Manufacturing Manager of the tools and spare parts necessary to comply with the program.
