Key Responsibilities:
- Regional Contact: Handle inquiries from employees and the recruitment team across the Americas.
- Support & Advisory: Resolve doubts and assist in key HR calendar events (goals, mid-year reviews, bonuses, and salary increases).
- Systems & Workday: Manage changes in Workday and troubleshoot digital payroll and benefits platforms.
- Quality & Metrics: Oversee service center transactional work and track key HR service metrics.




- Proactive Guidance: Guide HR partners, line managers, and employees on internal policies and benefits.
- Continuous Improvement: Suggest innovative HR tech solutions to optimize daily operations.

Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
- English:B2 level minimum (verifiable) (essential for regional support).
- Portuguese: Desirable.
- Experience: In HR Service Centers, employee relations, and internal policy administration.
- Tools: Experience using Workday and tech platforms.

Sueldo: $22,000.00 - $30,000.00 al mes
