We are partnering with a fast-growing fintech company building financial products for Latino communities in the United States.

Behind its customer-facing financial experience is a complex operational ecosystem involving payments, compliance reviews, risk controls, customer support, partner banks, transaction monitoring, and internal approvals.

As AI agents become increasingly involved in these workflows, the company is building a new internal platform where employees can delegate work to agents, monitor execution, review results, approve sensitive actions, and understand what happened without having to supervise every step.

The goal is to create a unified operating system for human and AI collaboration across internal teams.
