About the Role

We are looking for a Business Development Executive to join a growing manufacturing company in Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua. This position is idóneo for a sales professional with a consultative approach who enjoys building long-term relationships and developing new business opportunities within the industrial sector.

Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and develop new business opportunities within the manufacturing and industrial sectors.
- Build relationships with key decision-makers.
- Prepare quotations and manage RFQs.
- Negotiate proposals and close new business.
- Grow existing accounts through cross-selling and upselling.
- Maintain sales activities and customer information in the CRM.
- Research target markets and identify new opportunities, including those driven by nearshoring.
- Represent the company at trade shows and industry events.
- Achieve sales and profitability goals.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.




- Fully bilingual (English & Spanish).:
- Valid U.S. tourist visa required.:
- Availability to travel up to 50% of the time.:
- 2-5 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, or Industrial Sales.
- Experience selling to manufacturing or industrial companies is highly preferred.
- Experience with prospecting, quotations, negotiations, and closing sales.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Odoo, or similar).
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus.
- Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT or similar to support business development activities.

Sueldo: $35,000.00 al mes
