Ensure product conformity, the stability of production processes, and the reliability of equipment and facilities through the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System and preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance processes, guaranteeing compliance with customer requirements, IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 standards, and the Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost (SQDC) objectives.
- Define and implement the plant's quality strategy. - Manage the Quality Management System. - Serve as management's representative for IATF 16949. - Lead management reviews. - Manage internal, external, corporate, and customer audits. - Ensure compliance with specific customer requirements. - Approve PPAP, process changes, and product releases. - Lead structured problem-solving using 8D, PDCA, Shainin, and Six Sigma methodologies. - Ensure the effective implementation of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, and SPC. - Develop strategies for reducing PPM, scrap, and COPQ. - Manage supplier quality and development plans.



- Represent the voice of the customer within the organization. - Define and manage the plant's maintenance strategy. - Ensure the availability and reliability of machinery, equipment, and infrastructure. - Develop and implement preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs. - Lead TPM and world-class maintenance initiatives. - Manage critical spare parts inventories. - Administer maintenance contracts and external services. - Define contingency plans for critical equipment. - Manage technology upgrade and automation projects. - Coordinate machinery transfers and installations. - Monitor maintenance performance indicators.
