The Claims Leaderwill be responsible for leading, developing and executing the Marsh Re FAC Claims strategy in Mexico. This individual will serve as the senior claims advisor to clients, brokers, reinsurers and internal stakeholders, ensuring technical excellence, commercial impact and outstanding client outcomes.

- Lead and execute the Claims strategy for Marsh Re FAC Mexico, aligned with regional and general priorities.
- Build a high-performing Claims function focused on technical excellence, client advocacy and operational consistency.
