Responsibilities:
The Opportunity

The Integral Procurement Associate Manager role provides a unique and entrepreneurial opportunity to collaborate globally with peers and cross-functional leaders, developing business cases and influencing new category strategies.



Collaboration with functional/Business management is frequent and required, therefore excellent communication skills are paramount. In addition, this role will require the ability to understand fleet operations and influence key decision makers, particularly across sectors and international business units.

The Fleet R&M; Global Procurement Associate Manager is responsible for the execution of sourcing strategies for operating supplies and services across our global food and beverage fleet. Scope includes repair, maintenance, tires, and services required for PepsiCo’s >100k fleet assets. The Associate Manager and team are accountable for >$430 million annual spend and generates >$15 million+ in annual savings. In addition, this role will partner with PepsiCo’s fleet COEs, supply chain leaders, and local procurement teams to develop sourcing strategies internationally.
