Purpose of the position

The JDE Developer Specialist plays a critical role in analyzing business requirements, assessing their global impact, and designing, developing, and implementing solutions using the JD Edwards OneWorld toolset.

This position also supports JDE upgrade and migration initiatives, collaborating closely with systems development teams, business analysts, end-users, offshore and onsite consultants,



and project managers to ensure successful delivery.

Principal responsibilities
- Understand and translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions that align with organizational goals.
- Build business integration components leveraging JDE 9.2 technologies to connect JD Edwards with key Linde systems such as myID and eChannel (CA and MX).
- Prepare comprehensive documentation and deliver training for end users on all new developments and modifications.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and project managers, demonstrating strong interpersonal and influencing skills to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.
- Perform additional related tasks as assigned to support business and IT objectives.
