This position strategically leads the end-to-end delivery of enterprise sales platforms and capabilities that support the organization's digital growth objectives. Owns roadmap planning, feature prioritization, requirements analysis, and agile delivery of functionality across customer-facing, sales enablement, and operational platforms.

Key Responsibilities
- Leads agile feature delivery by supporting program planning, feature intake, prioritization, sequencing, and cross-functional dependency management to maximize delivery velocity and business value.
- Directs a team of Product Owners and delivery partners across multiple agile teams, ensuring work is aligned to strategic priorities, clearly scoped, and delivered with measurable outcomes.
- Drives improvements in digital sales performance through data-informed experimentation, user experience optimization, process simplification, and reduction of customer friction across relevant products and sales journeys.
