- Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
Essential Functions:
- Provide technical assistance to CAD and PLM systems specialists to recognize discrepancies and/or problems with analysis, process mapping or system implementation results and works toward corrective action.
- Work with personnel to understand, define and document engineering and product data requirements.
- Perform process mapping using Gulfstream standard modeling methodologies.
- Actively works to improve daily processes, to ensure all CAD and PLM systems meet customer requirements.
- Maintain the security of data access and privileges in CAD and PLM Applications.
- Develop system queries and utilities to support users information researches.
- Monitor and report business and system status metrics to various departmental supervision.




- Support tailoring of all system functionality, to established requirements, policies and procedures.
- Provide training on new functionalities and upgrades.
- Assist in the testing and implementation of new deployment or revisions to the CAD and PLM systems.
- Execute tasks for coordinating the release of product definition data, change management and product configuration management, including quality control and change reporting.
- Analyze and evaluate results of project activities before preparing recommendations for changes and compilation of necessary reports to various departmental supervision.
- Actively work to improve daily processes and ensure all work meets customer requirements.
