What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Recruiting high-performing sales talent including but not limited to sales personnel, admin roles and field agents.
- Owning the full hiring pipeline from sourcing to onboarding
- Running efficient interview processes and maintaining fast turnaround times
- Managing job postings across platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, and other sourcing channels
- Working closely with leadership to understand hiring needs and adjust strategy quickly

What We’re Looking For
- Experience in recruiting:
- C1 level in English is required:
- Ability to move fast without sacrificing quality
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable working in a performance-driven, results-focused environment
- Comfortable working under pressure
- Self-managed and accountable — no hand-holding

What you'll need
- Full equipment including computer (laptop or desktop), USB headset with a microphone,



a stable WiFi connection and a functioning webcam - equipment is required as we won't provide it:
- A backup mobile hotspot in case of outages
- Full availability to work a full-time role
