We are hiring an outbound Senior Appointment Setter based in Tijuana to book qualified appointments for U.S businesses looking to reduce their operating costs. You will be contacting decision-makers at companies that currently use call centers, customer service teams, or inside sales operations and connecting them with our senior consultant to discuss cost-saving alternatives.

This is a high-activity outbound role. Your job is to start the conversation, qualify the prospect, and get them on a call. You are not closing deals...yet. You are opening doors.

Requirements:
- Advanced English proficiency required (C1 or C2, spoken and written)
- Previous sales experience
- Call center experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and objection-handling abilities
- Responsible and punctual
- Organized and results-oriented
- Basic CRM and computer skills

Responsibilities:
- Conduct warm calls and cold calling activities
- Contact companies that rely on call center,



BPO, customer service, scheduling, administrators or inside sales functions.
- Qualify sales opportunities
- Schedule appointments and follow-ups
- Update CRM records and operational notes
- Provide professional follow-up to leads
- Meet performance and productivity metrics
