We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our growing team as a Remote Online Listings & Customer Relations Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for managing online property listings, supporting customers throughout their experience, and assisting with day-to-day operational activities to ensure smooth business operations.

This position is ideal for someone who is organised, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced digital environment while managing multiple tasks independently.

Key Responsibilities
- Create, maintain, and optimise online listings across multiple platforms
- Review and update listing information to ensure accuracy, quality, and consistency
- Assist customers by providing information and helping resolve issues efficiently
- Monitor listing performance and suggest improvements to maximise visibility and engagement
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and administrative documentation
- Support operational processes and coordinate tasks with team members when required




- Contribute to maintaining a high standard of customer satisfaction and service quality

Requirements:
- Good command of English, both written and spoken
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organisational abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to manage priorities and work independently in a remote environment
- Comfortable using digital tools, online platforms, and productivity software
- Previous experience in customer support, administration, content management, marketing, or related fields is an advantage
- Experience managing online listings is beneficial but not required
